Looking for a camp to introduce your child to horseback riding? With no previous horse experience required, our camps are perfect for a child looking to see if horseback riding is right for them. Our camps are not just focused on riding, by the end of each camp, children will have learned important safety precautions as well as fundamental horsemanship. Even if the child has no prior horse experience, by the end of each camp they will have learned how to lead a horse, how to groom and tack a horse up, and basic riding. However, these camps are not just for beginners, all levels of riders are welcome. Riders will be broken up into groups of their level, to avoid uneven learning experience.

Hours:

9:00AM - 1:00PM (Morning Program)

9:00AM - 4:00PM (Full Day Program)

Full Day Program participants will enjoy a supervised lunch break - bring lunch and snacks

Half-Day (Morning) Program participants - bring a snack.

Please wear comfortable clothes, boots/shoes with a small heel are best, and a bicycle helmet. (We do have boots and helmets at Westside to loan if required)

Cost:
Half day program:
5 days - $ 250 plus hst $280.00
4 days - $ 200 plus hst $224.00
Full day program:
5 days - $ 450 plus hst $504.00
4 days - $ 360 plus hst $403.20
